VENDOR APPLICATION, SUMMERS COUNTY GOP FREEDOM FESTIVAL

September 28, 2024 at the Summers County 4H Camp, Forest Hill WV.

Vendor fee is $25. Based on response, space limitations, and other factors such as type of food or crafts sold, not all vendors who apply will be chosen to participate. If you are not selected, your check will be returned to you.

Please fill out this application and mail it with your check for vendor fee not later than 16 September 2024 to:

Food vendors, please send lists of food and beverages (Menu/prices) you will be selling on separate sheets of paper AND send WITH this agreement application.

Food Vendors need to contact Health dept. Food vendors are responsible for contacting Summers County health department that you are setting up on Sept 28, 2024 at 4H Camp for a festival.

Date of set up and removal at the site are both September 28, 2024.  

Food vendors will be required to provide their own trash barrel and liners/bags. Filled bags will be collected for disposal by the venue.

30 Amp electric and water hookups are available. Vendors should prepare to be operational from 11 AM to 5 PM on September 28, 2024.

Political or issue/agenda organizations: describe your agenda/mission.
